Thanks David you just helped me solve a problem. I think I know where I can pick some up.

Outstanding and shows a heck of alot of planning. Particularly impressed with the steps built with pavers. What was material between planter and wooden fence? Some kind of paper or fabric? I have a similar situation.

Bart

Bart... it was 4 layers of water barrier paper: the kind used behind a shower or layer of mortar. Behind he stone wall is a double layer of permiable membrain.

Murphy Lake is in Millington Twsp., Michigan. We are near Frankenmuth if that helps. It's not a huge lake, its 209 acres all sports lake, and it backs up to state land so it is a very pretty all sports lake.

Excellent, would you like to do mine. Our next major step is a walkway. Ours is the Murphy Lake remodel. Any ideas?? Yours turned out beautiful.
