I've included the before picture as well. We removed the flagstone, built wood patio/deck, installed artificial grass, stained the fence, added water feature, furniture and plants. Nice and secluded small back yard / patio in southern california town home complex of 222 units.

I love your yard. What is name of the stain that you used for your deck and the name of the stain for your fence? What size boards did you use for your deck? (as far as the width of 1 of the boards)? Also do you have to water the grass? What type of grass did you use?
