nice yard with plenty of space . Very little shade and protection from the rainy summer weather in southeast Louisiana. Uneven paver patio with an aging Pergola over it. need a place to BBQ like a small outdoor kitchen. The wife and I enjoy sitting on the patio but can only do it when the weather is nice.
