Thank you for viewing the photo and I am glad to see that you recognize a bee, but you obviously do not know your plants very well. Salvia is a spinely flowered plant that only grows about 12 inches tall while cockscomb, which is also known as rooster comb or celosia grows to 24 inches in height or taller and has a thick flowery head. Well, that's a bee, no doubt about that....and that's a flower, for sure....but I DON'T think that's a COCKSCOMB. Looks more like a salvia, maybe??
