Jake's first front yard project

large trees (50 ft elephant ear tree and laurel oak) overhang from the side yard (east side). Street is on the North with house on the South. Soil is very sandy and seems to have some clay mixed in. Water sits on top then seeps right through. Anywho, Grass is bahia mix (argentine/ pensacola).
