The final result We spend most of our time outdoors now in our beautiful new room which opens to the dining room -

2nd set of french doors installed into new dining room extension , roof windows installed on patio roof . wiring for lights,fan, speakers and flatscreen TV are concealed in interior ceiling of structure -
Installation of the stone veneer There is a real art to this! -
Eldorado stone veneer being installed to the exterior columns and seat walls. Pavers are Basalite positano -

construction of the outdoor kitchen begins. natural gas and water were piped to the unit along with a drain for the sink -

Pondless water feature consists of cored stone columns installed over a base covered with small cobble stones, water recirculates. The sound of water trickling down the stone is very relaxing- very low maintanence! -
The counter top is a honed granite Kodiak Brown - very low maintenance no dust shows! The edge is chiseled to give a rustic look. Back splash is multi color slate. -

3 basalt columns cored to gurgle water over the pondless base This has become the local birdbath! -

the finches love our new backyard -
outdoor kitchen with DCS grill, refrigerator and sink -
Skylights in the roof and electric heaters installed on the ceiling make the room enjoyable year round -
We doubled the size of our dining room which now opens on to the outdoor living room -
