Agatha's Inn

Agatha's Inn sits on a corner lot in the small Washington DC suburban town of Front Royal, Virginia. The lot, originally 3 lots measuring 50' x 150', is fronted by 2 residential streets, while bordering commercial and residential properties on the remaining sides. The lot is relatively flat, but does have some challenges with garage (added in 2006) entrance/exit. Featured on the lots are mature maples, a pecan tree, a 30' magnolia, a wisteria, and others.
