Stubbeman back yard of sadness

Apx 80'x100' of dry grass, Bermuda grass weeds and dirt. We have an above ground type pool a small veggie garden a small butterfly garden an attempt at a small tropical garden behind the pool and what should have been grass after a weed growth in the spring however the drought has made it impossible to get seed to take. Our deck is sad and unpleasing to sit on as the river birch tree is full of birds and dropping branches. The back fence is fairly new, three years but the side fences are 15yrs plus.
