Just bought the home in May. It was designed by the previous previous owner and the last owner just let it all grow up. Ivy had to be torn down, giant evergreen in the front is a view blocker, lava rock sparsely laid, torn under lining, broken pond, random poor quality tree and scattered bushes over grown, NOTHING in the back at all. HELP
