Hi cusoli, Yes, I add a few more pics about every other day. I've been working this hillside for about 25 years. As a matter of fact I just came up from the hill to take a break. I was digging a hole for an agave but I have to fill it with water and then break into the hole with a big pry bar. Because of the heavy clay nature of this hillside, I have to dig exceptionally large holes for even the smallest of plants. As you can see, most of my stuff is xeric. I actually lose more things from the wet and cold of winter. Most things I don't even have to water in summer.

I previously used tropical and sub-tropical plants to create a our own oasis. I'll keep checking to see what you are doing as you continue to embellish your yard. Janet
