Ron, Eydie & Britnee's Garden Pond
Rock garden pond (10,000) pounds of rocks. We have the right plants we never have to clean the pond due to having everything perfect as natural as can be and we don't have a filter system and we don't have to clean anything. We have large fish and now a LOT of baby fish. We do love our Garden Pond with a glass of wine it's great. We have added more pictures after 2 months of plant growth so look at the flowers and the lillies in the pond. Hey relax is what I do after a long day at work and it's great. ((( I never have a bad day I always have a better one)))UPDATE:This is our feast in our back yard (BOILED CRAWFISH)only in Louisiana. I wanted to show an upclose look at our water fall it's very relaxing hope you enjoy the view.I must mention that my Daughter Britnee 16 years old got a garden hose and designed the outline of the pond. She's my little girl and best buddy.

Not so sure I like the new YardShare format, but very nice pond and yard.
Why the change? is was so easy and we all got use to it
Any compliment from you is greatly appreciated! Your yard, pond area are incredible. My husband wants to make our pond larger, I can't wait to show him yours! Thanks for visiting mine and I enjoyed touring yours.
Hey Ron. You should submit this in the Lawn Wars TV Show contest. Go to the Yard Contests tab to get started. Good Luck!

Hi Ron, we also live in Louisiana and I love your fence! It is exactly what I want to put up in our yard. We have 3 acres and want to fence the rear and one side. Would you be able to tell me who did the work? You can email me directly at brittnay310@aol.com, thanks so much!

I now have 65 fish and my grandson can feed them from his hand. The winter months really make your pond not very nice looking any ideas??
Need some updated pictures to show the growth
absolutely love the fence work. very nice.
Very nice Ron.
Wow it sure looks great and to think you and your Britnee did this yourselfs looks to be a big job. Very nice
Your wright Britnee my little girl took a garden hose put it on the ground in the design you see in the picture then spray painted the hose and we all then started to DIG & DIG & DIG and this is what we got our little pond.
this should be called ron eydie and britnees pond =] since i designed the shape of it =] loveee you daddy
I have to amit you did a great job Ron, now when are going to build mine??????
Its so beautiful. would love to have that in my yard. It is a dream of mine to. Its just so costly and a lot of work so I no you did a lot of hard work. It takes time for plants, remember the gardeners saying, first year they sleep, second year they creep, and third year they leap!! BEAUTIFUL
We love the pond! Very nice and natural look. I wish we had the room for that size pond. I have trouble fighting off the "green" effect, still mastering that balance. As for adding to your yard...Maybe you could add some wild flower beds also, free form shapes to compliment the pond...
Very nice pond. I really like all the rock, it makes such a natural look. How much land do you have? It looks like you have alot of grass to cut and it looks so lush. I really like the way you did your fence with all the brick work. You have put alot of work and money into your hardscape. Great job!
Thanks so much for your comments over a 1000 mile away and we can share our yard work. We have just 3/4 of an acre and I must tell you I need help on my yard. I really don't know what to do with the rest of my yard ((ANY IDEAS??))
I would start with the most mature trees and shrubs that your budget will allow. By the way I am not real good on the computer and need you to tell me what it means when you type n.
A great fishing hole
Great job on your garden pond. I love you food party
Ron: Things look great! You have a large space still to play in! You can create almost anything in that lovely area! I read that you have a lot of baby fish. We give away almost 20 each spring. We have 25 large fish...it can get too crowded! Other watergardeners will bring us their fish that outgrow their pond, and in turn we give them baby fish. We are in a town of 9,000 people with about 8 watergardeners, at best. It all seems to work! The joy of gardening is to give!
I love you food pictures. nYour pond is very nice great job
We finally found you :)Thank you again for your appreciation! Nice pond but you must make a photo with the fish also! nBye, nhttp://www.yardshare.com/myyard.php?yard_id=275
Beautiful pond and garden. My yard looks similar except for the pond. Wish I could have your recipe.
This is a beautiful pond. We was able to see it up close. The fish is so pretty all colors. The couple who built this pond really put alot into it. And it shows it's great. Great people and fun to be with. Love your pond guys.
What a lovely pond. Hats off to this couple for their beautiful yard.
I envy this couple, I can just imagine sitting by that lovely pond after a long day at work. The flowers are beautiful and you can even see the fish. It is the best pond and yard I have seen in a long time. Wish I lived next door, maybe I would get invited over to share in it's beauty.
What a cool pond!! It has that southwest look...very nice!
Great Job! This pond must have taken a long time. It takes a special kind of person to build such a beautiful pond...
This must have been well planned and thought out. The natural vegetation for the fish is a nice touch. Does your monkey statue have a name? Looks like a nice place for a hammock and a bottle of vino!
Ron and Edye - Congratulations! This looks beautiful. I'm jealous. . .
best pond i have seen.can you bild me one.
Great ideas tell us more about how you keep your pond clean and clear. This is by far the best home made pond I have ever seen. nGreat Job
