Plantaholics Haven

An organically grown and managed medium sized suburban London back garden that has been designed to attract as much wildlife as possible, especially bees. It has many narrow paths and deep borders with unapologetic rich and intense colours, mostly single flowers that are loaded with pollen and nectar. The borders are densely planted and there is an emphasis on succession of flowers to achieve a lush, tropical feel, overflowing with abundance. There is a small shallow wildlife pond that is a magnet for all sorts of critters. It has many small cosy spots to perch on and witness natures dramas unfold before you. It is an ever changing and evolving place, never static or boring.
It is a place where I come to loose my self to find myself. It is a labour of love.
