Complete with granite & copper top and iron lattice propane firepit (tank slides in and out within firepit); copper and three tiered slate rectangular shaped fountain; havana chairs; wood benchs; iron bench; Japanese garden stools; metal sunflowers partition; maintenance free plants; rubber tire mulch; solar lights on top of deck and around bottom of living area; two tiered seating areas. Fountain runs from former pool filter electric hookup and is on timer.
