Bare clean slate to start with -
The view from our yard - snow is rare here -

Our little one even had her input! -
Bar counter of polished poured concrete seats 6 with a lot of standing room as well -
We have a 6 burner BBQ with storage underneath, Double Side Burner, Warming Oven, Sink with storage underneath, Refrigerator with a Mini Freezer... -
...Large Built-In Cooler, Triple Drawers, Shelves and a Trash Chute with a full size trash can hidden. -
Cultured stone on the outside finished off the kitchen and the matching fire pit -

The lighting is great - rope inset into the patio cover and 1/2 dome spots under the counter. There are also spot lights on the patio cover towards the BBQ for night time grilling. Everything is on dimmers for atmosphere.
The backyard stated out with just a slab patio and a nice view. First came the pond and waterfall...then we added a retractable patio cover and furniture. This year we added a complete outdoor kitchen and we live outside as much as we do inside now.
