Hello,
I new here and would like to introduce myself. My name is Todd and I am recently remarried. I moved into my wife's house. The yard has been neglected for years and we are trying to come up with ideas for what to do. I have gone around and looked at other houses to get ideas. I like the idea of zero scaping. I was thinking of doing something that looks like a dry river bed with one tree and some bushes. I would love to see or hear ideas. I do apologize I am a beginner at this. I havent taken any pictures yet of what I have to work with. I will get those taken. Thanks again.

Hi Todd. Welcome to YardShare! I found a few yards that have examples of dry creekbeds. Hopefully these will help get you started. Share some pics of your yard and we can help with ideas.

Re: I'm new here and need ideas and help
Same here! We just bought our house in Aug 2010 and it's small and very plain. I don't have gutters so am looking for something to put in that won't "puddle" or wash out, maybe a nice rock bed? Also we live on a corner and the yard slopes some. There is a nice rounded 'corner' toward the street that I would love to put a small rotating waterfall in, but have no real ideas. Our house is gray brick, so our yard could really use some coloring up! In addition, any ideas on an easy way to remove boxwood hedge bushes? Love the site, hope someone can help!
