Recently built a house a year ago on an odd shaped lot, a little over a half an acre in size. It is on a slight curve in the neighborhood, with a large side yard that looks like it could be an extra lot or half a lot. Also, there is a coulee / ditch that goes through the neighborhood, between my house and my next door neighbors. The yard has a Large wide 180 ft front, narrowing down in a triangular shape. I can imagine an island like setup in the front corner, angling my yard, but dont know the best way to go. Am open to hearing any ideas. Will try to post a picture, to give a visual. I also have 4 small drake elm trees and an oak tree on the side yard area and landscaping around the house.
