The days are shorter, the temperature is dropping, and the sun is nowhere to be found. Must be time to forget about the yard and get cozy next to a fire, right? Not for the yard lover, it's not!

Contest Rules:
Whether it's holiday decorations, an amazing snowscape, a colorful winter garden, or the mud pit in your backyard that the neighbor kids play football in...we want to see it! Entries should be of your yard in the winter, so don't try to show us your brightly colored, blooming garden in Michigan...we'll call shenanigans on you! Hawaiians get a little leeway here... Each entry consists of a title, description, and two pictures...so be creative! Entries are accepted at any point from now until the end of the contest, and voting begins on Jan. 1, 2011. You may make changes to your entry as often as you like throughout the contest. If you delete your entry, you will lose all votes accumulated (so you probably shouldn't do that). The prize is subject to change up until the first day of voting, Jan 1, 2011, at which point the posted prize will be final. The winner will be the entry with the most votes by 9pm Pacific on Feb 28, 2011. One vote per member, per entry. Any votes cast by an account created using a fake email, will be automatically reduced from the vote total of that entry. Good Luck!
