Lark in Dousman, WI

In Wisconsin, zone 4/5, we have a slow start but now we will start to pick up speed on our bloomers. The snow is finally melting. Come join in on my garden forum www.larksperennials.com

Back Yard Flower Close-ups Garden Large (5,000 - 10,000 sq ft.) Medium (1,000 - 5,000 sq ft.)

1 of 10: Yellow flower is Spurge. In the old boot are Hen's and Chicks.

2 of 10: Trillium takes so long to multiply.

3 of 10: Woodland Poppy easily reseeds

4 of 10: Marsh Marigold loves the wetland. Use this perennial in a bog garden or maybe create a rain garden.

5 of 10: Dwarf Blue Iris

6 of 10: Dwarf Burgundy Iris. I like the dwarf iris because they don't get the iris borer as easily as the big iris. Plus they don't flop over from the hard rains.

7 of 10: Trollius 'Globe Flower'
