Gazebo on Lake Margate

David Morgan Bracey Building in Pompano Beach, FL

Our pagoda top survived hurricane Wilma, but last year in Sept, we had a bad storm which tore it up for good. We called around about replacing the top, but the company who made the pagoda filed BK and no longer in business.
The new top is wood is yellow pine which he burned to give it that stained look and then put about 4 coats of urathane on it. He used two ply fiberglass for the top. We are thinking about experimenting with resin to see if that could help prolong the life of the roof.
We were able to get this done with about $350 in materials. Let us know what you think.
