A 1300 square foot back yard in an adult living, home owners association. This back yard was designed with a budget of nineteen thousand dollars in mind and includes added patio space for entertaining, sitting walls for extra seating, a water fall feature and a small lawn area irrigated with sub-irrigation. An 8X10 storage shed and two fruit trees make practical use of the side yard. The installation was completed on schedule by Landscape Solutions, a local landscape contractor.
