garden area measuring 8 X 25 from street to house and 8 X 15 in "L" shape along the front of the house, then block terraced up one foot 5 X 15 along front (right next to exterior front wall). Two large boulders in the "L" part by sidewalk. Grass area between neighbor yard and garden area. Large pine tree inside block circle next to side/front corner of house.
