Heavily wooded 25 acres in a north-facing hollow nestled in a secluded mountain cove. The gardens are mostly filled with perennials, bulbs, and flowering shrubs and trees. Outbuildings dot the landscape, and are constructed from children's playouses. Bee hives help with pollination. Zone 6b-7a
